The reclining chair that goes places

Fed up with flimsy fold-up camping chairs? Here’s the outdoor equivalent of the La-Z-Boy, allowing you to kick back like Joey and Chandler, wherever you and your buddy find yourselves. Built around a pulley system tucked into the armrests, you can adjust your lounging angle on the fly. The wide, padded headrest uses Flex Isolator technology, which is a fancy way of saying your head stays comfy even when you're shifting about trying to get the perfect view. The included Platform Pack sling case even doubles as a stabilising platform for soft ground, because nobody wants to spend a beach day slowly sinking into the sand. And with a 159kg capacity thanks to a robust 7001 series aluminium frame, it won't let you down, no matter how unsteady you get after one too many ice-cold Coronas.

    • Simple pulley reclining system built into armrests for easy adjustment
    • Flex Isolator headrest maintains consistent support independent of back movement
    • Platform Pack sling case provides carrying convenience and terrain stability
    • Shock-corded aluminium poles with forged hubs create sturdy, packable frame
    • Recycled polyester fabric and mesh construction
  • Nemo moonlite reclining chair overview goodnight grey infographic

  • The idea of NEMO was born one turbulent night on the side of Mount Washington while Cam Brensinger spent a sleepless five hours in a poorly designed bivy. That night he realised how much opportunity there was for thoughtful design as part of the equation of enjoying adventure. And, coming down off the mountain the next day, he resolved to tackle that challenge. Three days after graduation from Rhode Island School of Design, he founded NEMO Equipment.
